LastSecond provides a platform that helps customers discover and book services offered by independent local businesses. LastSecond is not the provider of those services and is not a party to the agreement between a customer and a business.
2. Accounts and Bookings
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and use the platform lawfully. A booking may be instantly confirmed or require business approval; the booking status shown in the service controls.
3. Business Content and Responsibility
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy, availability, quality, safety and legality of their listings and services. Customers should contact the relevant business directly about a booking or service issue.
4. Availability and Liability
We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but it is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, LastSecond is not liable for losses arising from a business’s services, content, availability, or a customer’s use of them.
